Tasty Uber Sim
Uber Sims are "special" Townie Sims who will come to the Town Hotel once the town reaches 100% of a certain interest. Upon reaching 100% of the interest, the game will send a pop-up message notifying the player they reached the full interest and that a special visitor will be at the hotel the next day. Their houses, on the inside when first moving in, are noticeably more furnished than the houses of regular Townie Sims, and it takes considerably longer to become their best friend. When reaching Best Friend status, they will reward the player with both their outfit and a blueprint or two. The outfits usually have different color variations, as well as the original outfit worn by the Sim themself (with the exception of Chancellor Ikara, who only gives the original color of his hat). Once the player meets the Uber Sim, the town no longer has to be 100% of their primary interest, and they can be invited back to the town hotel like other sims if they are not moved in.

Reaching 100% of an Interest[]
It may seem a bit overwhelming to do so at first, but all the uber Sims can easily be available without having to decorate the town all day. To do so, the player can temporarily remodel the homes of current residents with a lot of windows, wall flairs, or yard decor that add to the interest (for example, Studious wall columns will contribute to the Studious percentage). Keep doing this until a message pops up congratulating the player on reaching 100% interest. Then, the next morning, go to the hotel and see if the Uber Sim is waiting there.
Another alternative with a less tedious process of temporarily having a potentially messy looking town is decorating furniture for current residents with essences of the Interest needed in order to reach 100%. This may hurt the player's chances at becoming best friends if they give a resident an object with the interest they dislike if it is the interest the player is going for.
