Spencer hosts the Knight in Training minigame. He puts the players through training on how to become true paladins and cross the finish line. If the player gets a high score in Spencer's minigame, he will move to Twinkle Hills and can be selected as a teammate.

During minigame
- Hail, townsfolk! With more experience points, you too can be a paladin! Just follow my orders. Let your training begin!
- You all successfully made your saving throws to make it through the training. Nice! You all get +1 to Fun! Behold your scores!
About minigame
- A paladin must have exceptional stamina to survive. The victory spoils go to the one who crossed the finish line first!
- You won't feel the weight of your armor if you have "Power". If you have "Stamina", you won't tire easily. Train hard and master both skills!
- When training with me, you can run faster by shaking the Wii Remote faster. Make sure to shake it in the right direction!

- I think Samurai Bob is quite a warrior. I wonder how many experience points you need to become a samurai.
- My name is Spencer, and in order to become a true paladin, I constantly wear this armor and practice rolling 20's on my twenty-sided die.
