The Nintendo Wii is a seventh-generation video game console made by Nintendo. It utilizes motion controls and is said to be the leading console in its generation in worldwide sales. According to Nintendo, the Wii was made to appeal to a more wider demographic. They hoped to lure more casual gamers with the Wii.

Every game in the MySims series has been released on the Nintendo DS and the Nintendo Wii, with the exception of MySims: Cozy Bundle, which will be released on the Nintendo Switch.
