Luis is a very smart student who is always boasting about his college applications. He tries to get involved with as many things as possible, such as volunteering. Luis is a potential resident who also works on Main Street to sell newspapers. He can be very moody when business is not doing that great.

Luis has tan skin, black hair, brown eyes, dark brown eyebrows, and a wide grin like Rhonda's and Travis'. He wears a teal button-down tee, a green vest, yellow gingham shorts, blue/green argyle socks, and brown shoes.
MySims Agents[]
Luis retains his facial features from before. He now wears a beige button-down shirt with rolled up sleeves, brown khakis, matching suspenders, a red bowtie, and matching shoes.

- Luis makes a cameo appearance in MySims Racing as a MorcuCorp employee.
- Luis has Violet Nightshade's voice type in MySims, while in MySims Agents, he has Dr. F's voice.
- Of all the male Sims in MySims to have a female voice, Luis is the only one that is not low pitched.
- Luis is probably a high school senior since he is working on his college application.
