This article/section of this article contains content that was removed from a game during production, or content that made it into a game but was removed in a later update.

While MySims has many characters, called Sims, some did not make the final cut. Below is a list of scrapped characters throughout the MySims series, along with a brief summary of what role they would have filled. The Sims are listed under the game in which they would have appeared.

Sims by Game[]

MySims[]

  • Autumn: a scrapped Tasty Townie Sim that liked ice cream.
  • Luke: a scrapped Geeky Townie Sim.
  • Ryuichi: a completely scrapped Sim with no known interest.
  • Edna: a completely scrapped Sim with no known interest.
  • Freddy: a completely scrapped Sim with no known interest.
  • Trudy: a completely scrapped Sim with no known interest.
  • Chef Bob Librarian/Pipa: a completely scrapped Sim with two names.
  • Guru Mountain of the Upper Plain: a completely scrapped Sim who would have lived in a hovel.
  • Wilfred Clickyclack: a completely scrapped Sim who would have run the Train Station.
  • Saul: an early version/name of Gordon.
  • Howard: an early version/name of Iggy.
  • The Old Essence Master, who is seen in the game's illustrated prologue and mentioned by multiple characters.

In the game files, there is also a render of an unknown feminine Sim that would've shown up on the main menu of the game. She has tan skin, Penelope's eye style, Beebee's mouth style, Liberty's haristyle in red, and Jenny's outfit. It cannot be confirmed, but perhaps this sim was meant to be Autumn, due to her string having the most work done to it before ultimately being cut.

Before the release of MySims in 2007, there were demos shown off, like the LeTourneau and E3 2007 demos, that would feature an earlier build of the game. In these videos, there are four Sims presumed to be townies near the fountain and in Chef Gino's restaurant. These Sims have never been seen anywhere else, but it's possible that they were either cut, makeovers/early designs of already existing sims, or possibly created with the intention of being discarded so as not to spoil too much of the game. These Sims could possibly correspond to some of the unused string names from above.

MySims Kingdom[]

Veronika

  • Veronika, a feminine Sim with pale skin, grey eyes, pink lipstick, and short pink hair with night vision goggles and a microphone headset. While her hairstyle appears in the final game, there is not a known character model of her. Concept artwork that refers to her as "Veronika" was found in the game files for MySims: Cozy Bundle.[3] A Sim with Veronika's outfit and hairstyle but a completely different appearance otherwise can be seen in the opening cutscene of MySims Agents.
  • Theodore, who would have lived on the pirate themed island, Shipwreck Cove, which was also cut from the game.
  • Vice Admiral Morgan, who would have lived on Shipwreck Cove.
  • Neema, who would have lived on Shipwreck Cove.

MySims Agents[]

  • Faith Connors, a crossover character from Mirror's Edge, was planned to appear in the game, but was cut for unknown reasons. She was later set to appear in MySims SkyHeroes, but was cut again.
  • Madison Gray, planned to be the twin sister of Evelyn Gray, was cut.

MySims SkyHeroes[]

MySims Friends[]

  • Roscoe, an explosive specialist. MySims Friends was scrapped, so Roscoe never appeared in the franchise.[4]
