Linda is a Studious Sim who loves piano music, books, and plays. She is always polite and apologizes for whatever she says, even when she's said nothing wrong. Throughout the MySims series, Linda serves as a typical resident, a Health and Education Advisor, a theater patron, and a minigame host.

Linda has pale skin, an afro, blue eyes with eyelashes, black eyebrows, a small smile with pink lipstick, and black-rimmed semi-circle glasses.
MySims, SimCity Creator, and MySims Party[]
Linda's hair is red. She wears a light pink sweater with white sleeves and an argyle pattern on the front, a long black skirt with an argyle pattern on the side, and black shoes.
MySims Kingdom[]
Linda's hair is brown. Her eyes are like Grandma Ruthie's: downturned and almond-shaped with two distinct eyelashes on each eye. Her eyebrows are slightly thicker and closer to her eyes. She wears a long red Renaissance-style dress.

- If Linda is on a team during a festival in MySims Party (Wii) that has her minigame, she will wear the same outfit Abigail wears in MySims.
- Linda is the only Sim on Trevor Island to not appear in MySims Agents.
- Linda is one of two Sims that likes Domestic, the other being Elmira Clamp.
- Linda, along with Gordon, are the only two Sims in MySims Kingdom who do not offer tasks.
- In MySims Kingdom, Linda may have romantic feelings for Trevor Verily. When Trevor wants the player to kiss him (as Princess Alexandra) during Act One–The Kiss, she says her "Heart was atwitter when that young man onstage was looking for someone to kiss him", and asks if it is alright for her to be jealous.
- Linda's available interior decoratives in MySims pertain to all the interests, with the exception of her disliked interest, Geeky.
