Grandma Ruthie is a kind, (although a bit greedy) elderly woman who owns and manages her own cookie company. She is a potential resident looking to advertise cookie sales in town, as well as the demographic of Spookane residents. Ruthie is also a minigame host and a resident in Speedville.

Grandma Ruthie has a small smile. She wears a pink sweater, a light brown skirt, a cooking apron, small glasses, and brown shoes.
She will later change into a black dress with fishnet sleeves and hot pink accents and to fit in with her new spooky cookie shop.

- Grandma Ruthie's name might be based on the woman who invented the chocolate chip cookies, Ruth Graves Wakefield.
- Grandma Ruthie is one of 4 Sims in MySims Kingdom to change their appearance during the storyline, along with Rusty, Vic Vector, and Trevor Verily.
- Interestingly, all 4 of them are seen in their original appearance again during the end credits.
- Grandma Ruthie had a shop on Cowboy Junction until her flour mill was stolen, most likely by Rusty.
- Grandma Ruthie has Poppy's voice in MySims, while she has Rosalyn P. Marshall's voice in the other games.
