Ginny

Ginny (short for Virginia) is a Sim who loves to dress up and commits to every role she plays. Throughout the MySims series, she serves as the owner to pirate-themed tavern, a transportation advisor, a sheriff in Cowboy Junction, a fire chief and racer in Speedville, a police officer in Autumn Bay, and a pilot.

Appearance

In every game she appears in, Ginny has pale skin, blue eyes with eyelashes, braided pigtails, and a small smile. Her hair is red in every game, but brown in MySims Party (DS).

MySims, SimCity Creator, and MySims Party

Ginny has downturned, almond-shaped blue eyes with two distinct eyelashes on each eye black and eyebrows. She wears a red bandana on her head, a big black pirate hat with a skull and cross bones, a black eye patch over her right eye, a brown belt with a gold buckle over a blue trench coat with gold buttons, brown trousers, white knee-high socks, and brown loafers with gold buckles. There are gold accents on her coat and hat.

MySims Kingdom

Ginny has vertical oval-shaped baby blue eyes with blush and red eyebrows. She has middle-parted spiky bangs and braids that end in spikes. She wears a baby blue sheriff hat with a golden six-pointed start pin, a red bandana around her neck, a white button down shirt with rolled up sleeves, a baby blue vest with a golden sheriff badge on the right side, a brown holster with a banana and lasso, ripped denim shorts, and blue two-toned cowboy boots with a heart on the front.

MySims Racing

Ginny has vertical oval-shaped baby blue eyes with blush and red eyebrows. She has middle-parted spiky bangs and braids that end in spikes under a big firefighter hat. She wears a black firefighter jacket with yellow stripes, a brown belt, red and yellow firefighter pants, and black and yellow firefighter boots. In MySims Racing (Wii), her hat is red, but in MySims Racing (DS) her hat is yellow.

MySims Agents (DS)

Ginny has vertical oval-shaped blue eyes with blush and thin black eyebrows. She has middle-parted spiky bangs and braids that end in spikes. She wears a black sheriff with white lace and a five-pointed star hat, a short sleeve blue button down shirt tucked into black pants with a brown belt, and brown boots. She also wears a cop badge on her right side.

MySims SkyHeroes

Ginny has upturned vertical oval-shaped baby blue eyes with blush and red eyebrows. She has middle-parted spiky bangs and braids that end in spikes under gold pilot goggles. She wears a white collared crop top with cuffed sleeves, a green two toned handkerchief with matching shorts, a brown and orange backpack with brown and white bat wings, a brown leather vest and holster, white and brown boots, brown fingerless gloves on her left hand, and a brown and gold steampunk contraption on her right arm.

Trivia

• During the development of MySims, Ginny had freckles and the same green eyes as Clara, but in the final game and MySims Party, she has the same blue eyes as Pinky.
• Ginny was possibly inspired by the character Ginny Weasley from the Harry Potter series, since both characters have red hair (and freckles, if the development version of Ginny is counted).
• Ginny does not wear an eyepatch on her MySims concept artwork and the official MySims Party website.
• In the MySims intro, Ginny has Violet Nightshade's voice type, while she has DJ Candy Supergroove's voice type in the actual game, as well as all the other games in which she appears.
• Ginny's parrot's name is Randolph, as revealed in MySims Party (DS).
• Although Ginny is a fire chief in MySims Racing, she has her original pirate design in the trailer.
• MySims concept artist Tony Trujillo seems to have imagined Ginny as the protagonist of MySims Agents, since he drew multiple images of a detective with red pigtails like Ginny's. Although her face is only visible in one image, it looks identical to Ginny's face in MySims Kingdom and MySims Racing.
• During the "Blast From The Past" event for The Sims 4, A news anchor with the name Ginny was mentioned. (possibly hinting Ginny works for the news in the sims universe.)
