Chancellor Ikara is a retired cooking show host, an expert at cooking and a very complex chef. He is the Tasty Uber Sim, who will stay at the Town Hotel once the Tasty percentage has reached 100%, as well as a client for the Sim Protection Agency.

- Chancellor Ikara is the only Uber Sim to not appear in MySims Party.
- Despite being retired in MySims, Chancellor Ikara is still a cooking show host in MySims Agents.
- Ikara has more dialogues in a single star level than any other Sim in MySims, most of which having to do with his secret ingredients.
- Chancellor Ikara is the only Uber Sim who does not give a full outfit as a best friend reward, just his hat. He also does not give any variations of the hat.
- Chancellor Ikara's show may be based on Iron Chef America, and he himself may be based on Mark Dacascos, a.k.a. "The Chairman."
- Given his appearance and name, Ikara may be Japanese, making him one of 8 Japanese Sims, alongside Chef Hisao, Jimmy, & Sachiko Watanabe, Yuki, Samurai Bob, Makoto, and Kage.
- Chancellor Ikara is one of 4 Sims who give dispatch missions in MySims Agents, but do not make a physical appearance in the game.
- The others are Daryl Handsly, Gertrude Spackle, and Samurai Bob.
