Blaine has three chairs (two painted with Jack O'Lanterns and Spider (built with 6 Thorns flairs), the other painted with Thorns), three counters are painted with Dead Wood Essences and Thorns (and built with 2 Thorn flairs), his signature Stove - Claw painted with 26 Fish Bone Essences, a bathtub painted with Eyeballs, Sad Essences, and Tiny Sharks, and a bed painted with Scary Essences. His living room and kitchen walls are painted with Scary Essence paint, and his bathroom and bedroom floors are painted with Thorn Essence paint. He has three Dark Red Windows, two Haunted House Columns, a Necklace Mannequin, a Sad Bear, and a picture of "Bella". Due to the presence of Blaine's stove, his home has 1% Tasty added to his interior interest stats. However, removing the stove will cause Blaine to lose Relationship points with the player, and he will ask them to replace it. The interior can be modified with the "Give Stuff" interaction on Blaine.

Decoratives

Although Blaine's starting interior contains "Bella" and a Sad Bear, they are not available in his Decoratives. If the player deletes his existing "Bella" and Sad Bear, they cannot be replaced without modding the game.

Blaine has dark skin, long brown hair, fangs, and black half-opened eyes. He wears a casual dark gray suit with a light blue button-down shirt, black shoes, a black choker, a black bracelet on each wrist, a lime green bracelet on his left wrist, and a light blue bracelet on his right wrist.

Trivia

• Blaine, along with Cassandra and Crystal are the only Spooky Sims to not appear in another game.
• Blaine shares his interests with Mel.
• It is ironic that Blaine's best friend reward is a stove, since he dislikes Tasty.
• It is interesting that Blaine is able to leave his home in the day, as legends say vampires turn to ash when in sunlight.
• "Neck romancer" is a pun of necromancer, which literally means "friend-of-the-dead", focusing on death, magic, and dark spells.
• When Blaine accepts the player's move-in request, he asks if they are "inviting him in." This may be a reference to a superstition that vampires can't enter a home unless invited in.
• Blaine and the six Switch/PC Exclusive Sims are the only Sims whose Relationship Book icon was not remade in high definition for MySims: Cozy Bundle.
